Kering Senior Benefits Analyst

- Ensure compliance of company benefit plans with applicable rules and regulations, including state and federal audits and filings.
- Stay informed about laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting employee benefits.
- Conduct complex data analysis and serve as the primary contact for non-discrimination testing and annual true-up reconciliation.
- Manage data in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality.
- Develop and deliver benefit compliance training in collaboration with vendors.
- Coordinate administration steps to ensure compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and monitoring of U.S. group insurance plan expenses, compliance, and governance processes.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers and vendors on compliance topics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR.
- Support annual and ad-hoc projects, including open enrollment, to ensure plan compliance.
- Provide support to the Total Rewards team on key projects and activities.
- 7+ years of experience in benefit administration and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
- Knowledge in benefits compliance, reporting, and administration.
- Understanding of regulatory and legislative impacts on benefits programs (Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.).
- Familiarity with leave-related laws and regulations, including disability and FMLA.
- Ability to work with large data sets and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with vendor relations and multi-state employers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professionalism in handling interactions.
A minimum of 7 years in benefit administration and compliance is required, with a focus on regulatory and policy adherence.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
