Kering Senior Accountant

- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, and Audit Schedules for monthly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist the Finance Manager with year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions.
- Support the implementation of the Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation and process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Shared Service Center's goal of achieving a paperless environment by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to team members, assisting in decision-making by delivering insights to management.
- Drive fast close accounting processes and manage the transition of countries' Record to Report (R2R) processes, aligning with global core processes.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree or diploma in accounting, with a preference for professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 2 to 3 years in a public accounting firm, preferably within the Big 4, followed by relevant experience in an MNC environment.
- Experience in major financial systems and process transformation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blackline).
- Strong understanding of tax requirements and accounting standards in the South Asia Pacific region.
- Independent and fast learner with a self-driven and analytical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong people management skills and meticulous problem-solving abilities.
- Agile and inquisitive nature.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with initial experience in a public accounting firm and subsequent experience in a multinational corporation.
Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
