Kering Senior Accountant

- Prepare comprehensive financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and audit schedules for monthly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist the Finance Manager in year-end statutory reporting, audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions, including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements.
- Support the implementation of the Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Shared Service Center’s goal of becoming paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to other team members and assist in decision-making by offering insights to management.
- Drive fast close accounting processes and manage the takeover of countries' Record to Report (R2R) processes, aligning with global core processes.
- Undertake any additional ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree or diploma in accounting, with a preference for professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with initial 2 to 3 years in a public accounting firm, preferably from a Big 4 firm, followed by 1 to 2 years in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Independent operator with a fast learning ability.
- Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset, agile and inquisitive.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong people management skills.
- Highly meticulous with problem-solving capabilities.
Candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience, including initial experience in a public accounting firm and subsequent experience in an MNC environment. Experience with financial systems and process transformation projects is preferred.
Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
