Kering Senior Accountant

- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and audit schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions.
- Support the implementation of the Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Finance Shared Service Center's goal of becoming paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to other team members.
- Offer insights to management to aid in decision-making.
- Drive fast close accounting processes.
- Manage the transition of countries' R2R processes, aligning with global core processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
- 5 years of relevant experience, with initial experience in a public accounting firm, preferably from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Experience in major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes is preferred.
- Independent operator and fast learner.
- Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in people management.
- Highly meticulous and adept at problem-solving.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have initial experience in a public accounting firm, particularly from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment.
Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
