1. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and audit schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
2. Assist in year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and local regulatory submissions.
3. Support the implementation of the Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
4. Contribute to the Finance Shared Service Center's goal of becoming paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
5. Provide guidance and supervision to other team members.
6. Offer insights to management to aid in decision-making.
7. Drive fast close accounting processes.
8. Manage the transition of countries' R2R processes, aligning with global core processes.
9. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
2. 5 years of relevant experience, with initial experience in a public accounting firm, preferably from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
3. Experience in major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have initial experience in a public accounting firm, particularly from the Big 4, followed by experience in an MNC environment.

Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
