Kering Senior Accountant - P2P

- Lead complex transaction processing within the Invoice Processing team.
- Monitor and improve service levels, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee period, quarter, and year-end processing activities.
- Implement new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies.
- Address customer issues and foster strong team relationships.
- Create a positive work environment and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient invoice processing.
- Assist in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly the FI/CO module.
- Experience in the luxury or shared services sector is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Knowledge of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge rules.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to counsel and coach team members.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with team or project leadership responsibilities.
Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
