1. Manage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities.
2. Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Collect and analyze security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses.
4. Stay updated with laws and regulations, liaise with vendors and security functions, and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
5. Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a point of contact with the police and other security functions.
6. Ensure security services are performed, address customer needs, oversee service quality, and support special events.

1. At least 4 years of experience in the security sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is considered a plus.

1. Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM and/or management software).
2. Trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 4 years in the security sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is considered a plus.
