1. Deliver day-to-day AMS support and change requests for SAP in the supply chain domain, with focus on SD and MM processes.
2. Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for interfaces between SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including message flows for picking, packing and shipping requests.
3. Manage incident triage and escalation, participate in IT support priority reviews and drive remediation in collaboration with AMS partners based in Italy and the Philippines.
4. Support the Logistics and Warehouse Management teams to improve integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications, and contribute to design of carrier and warehouse partner interfaces.
5. Track and follow warehouse logistics activities (change requests, inventories, dedicated events) and propose process or system optimizations.
6. Document analyses, produce clear reports and present recommendations to stakeholders across Logistics, Retail, Finance and Master Data teams.

1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP MM modules in a production support or functional analyst role.
2. Proven experience integrating SAP with non‑SAP systems (WMS, carriers or third‑party logistics platforms).
3. Familiarity with SAP interface technologies; knowledge of SAP AIF and IDoc handling is appreciated.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to document incidents, create technical/functional specifications and present findings to technical and business stakeholders.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.

At least 2+ years of SAP SD/MM experience in a support or functional analyst capacity; demonstrable experience in integrating SAP with WMS and carrier systems. Experience in fashion or luxury logistics is a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
