1. Conduct fit/gap analysis and detailed design phases, preparing documentation and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
2. Configure SAP SD-LE and MM-LE modules, maintaining technical and functional documentation.
3. Coordinate the development of interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, developers, and colleagues.
4. Ensure adherence to quality standards and business specifications.
5. Test future-state business solutions and manage internal tools for testing and documentation.
6. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressing issues, and securing final sign-off.
7. Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
8. Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to Application Management Services (AMS).
9. Work closely with colleagues from other Kering Technology domains, contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
10. Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

1. 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation.
2. Strong expertise in SAP modules SD, MM, or LE.
3. Good understanding of logistics and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
2. Service-oriented team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

3+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation. International project exposure is a plus.
