1. Maintain and support current Retail Back Office and Distribution applications in Korea until the new ERP rollout is complete.
2. Collaborate on SAP deployments and maintenance in Korea and Japan, specifically in Retail Back Office and Distribution areas.
3. Review and understand strategic business guidelines and functional requirements in Supply Chain, focusing on Customer Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing, and SAP Logistic execution.
4. Act as a service owner for local applications in Korea within Supply Chain Distribution and Retail Back Office domains.
5. Serve as the single point of contact for local stakeholders and Kering Operation Business Process Owners regarding SAP and legacy applications.
6. Ensure proper application support organization and continuous monitoring of service levels and vendor quality.
7. Act as the primary escalation point for Priority 1 incidents impacting business continuity or service quality.
8. Contribute to SAP design workshops for new deployments in Japan and Korea, ensuring delivery of functional and technical solutions.
9. Support SAP testing phases, data migration activities, cutover plan execution, and Hypercare.
10. Collaborate with Central Retail and Supply teams to define project prioritization and align with IT strategy for North East Asia.
11. Provide regular status updates to the Kering Technologies PMO on project progress, risks, and milestones.
12. Engage with Kering Technologies governance bodies for gate preparation and financial budgeting for new demands.

1. 8+ years of expertise in SAP ERP, preferably FMS, Retail, S/4 Hana, within sales and distribution modules in the fashion industry.
2. Experience in large, complex, and international IT projects.
3. Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models.
4. Proven experience in managing external resources.
5. Graduate degree in computer science or management information systems.

4. Fluency in English, Korean, and Japanese; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 8 years in SAP ERP implementation, particularly in sales and distribution modules within the fashion industry, and experience in managing large-scale international IT projects.

A graduate degree in computer science or management information systems.
