- Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from sales contract to revenue posting.
- Lead project delivery, including fit/gap analysis, design phases, and stakeholder workshops.
- Configure the SAP SD module and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Coordinate interface development and enhancements with delivery teams and developers.
- Conduct testing of future-state business solutions and manage testing tools.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure final sign-off.
- Collaborate with adoption teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
- Provide hypercare support and facilitate transition to Application Management Services (AMS).
- Handle L3 escalation, perform root-cause analysis, and manage continuous improvement backlog.
- Ensure documentation, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and maintain audit readiness.
- Collaborate with other Kering Technology domains to foster a service-oriented environment.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including two major deployments or rollouts.
- Strong expertise in SD ordering, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Solid understanding of sales and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry.
- Experience with SAP FMS; knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
- Familiarity with traditional waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Service-oriented team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of five years in SAP ERP projects, with significant involvement in deployments or major rollouts, preferably within an international context.
