1. Provide operational support to project managers and project teams.
2. Assist in the adherence to project methodologies and the application of industrialization processes.
3. Monitor and update reporting and management tools to ensure effective information flow among stakeholders.
4. Draft meeting and workshop minutes as required.
5. Support project managers in daily activities and assist the Delivery team.
6. Participate in identifying and structuring new industrialization topics for the program.
7. Track project milestones to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are produced on time.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in project management, information systems, or equivalent (Bac+4/5 level).
2. Previous experience in project management or PMO through an internship or apprenticeship is appreciated.
3. Proficiency in both French and English, with English being the working language of the program.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with IT environments, with knowledge of JIRA being highly desirable.
4. Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.

Previous experience in project management or PMO through an internship or apprenticeship is appreciated.

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+4/5 level).

The internship offers a comprehensive understanding of project management in an international, demanding, and dynamic environment, with exposure to large-scale SAP transformation challenges. Interns will enhance skills in coordination, process structuring, communication, and management tools, working within a dynamic and supportive team.
