1. Oversee System Integrator activities related to PCM, AMS, Rollouts, and Performance to ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
2. Support the delivery of IT simplicity and the adoption of SAP FMS, CAR, and Gateway solutions.
3. Provide technical design inputs for SAP Application systems, focusing on performance and volume expectations.
4. Manage PCM activities and budget alignment with Kering's expectations.
5. Engage the SAP team in critical business topics and ensure SI deliveries meet Kering standards and timelines.
6. Collaborate with SAP CoE functional domains to enhance solution efficiency.
7. Report activities to the Development Manager, sharing insights to mitigate future risks.
8. Participate in design workshops, ensuring SI delivers solutions that accurately translate business needs.
9. Build and manage relationships with System Integrators and third parties to achieve Kering's objectives.
10. Review and validate SI planning and activities to ensure realistic task timelines and quality deliverables.
11. Proactively suggest improvements in build and quality review procedures.
12. Monitor consultant activities and planning.

1. 5-7 years of experience in SAP ABAP, AIF, and Fiori.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of ABAP integration patterns using IDocs, Proxies, Web-Services, APIs.
3. Deep understanding of SAP best practices and performance statements.
4. Experience with SAP HANA, PO/PI, and BTP is advantageous.
5. Proven experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations, preferably in Fashion & Retail within an international context.

1. Strong coordination skills with external suppliers and onshore-offshore teams.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Autonomous with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and Italian is beneficial.

5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP technologies and project management within the fashion or retail sectors.
