Kering Sales Administration Assistant

France Croco, a subsidiary of Kering with around 60 employees, is a world leader in the production of leather and alternative materials for the fashion and luxury industry. The company is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to join its production site in Périers, Normandy.
- Serve as the liaison between sales representatives and production teams.
- Ensure and coordinate the accurate definition of client needs with appropriate tools and communicate to the quality department for documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, history, and activity tracking to monitor commercial operations.
- Daily management and updating of client orders, stock orders, validation of delivery notes and invoices, and data entry into the ERP system.
- Oversee administrative tracking of developments, productions, stocks, and customer returns, monitor deadlines, and issue alerts as necessary.
- Create communication documents for sales representatives and clients.
- Conduct client sorting reports and oversee dispatch to the shipping department.
- Assist sales representatives in organizing client visits and participate in trade shows and commercial presentations.
- Ensure accurate application of pricing and manage client invoicing along with the issuance of associated regulatory documents.
- Manage physical and telephone reception, welcoming visitors and clients, and manage orders of shipping consumables within budget.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administrative management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain focus on results.
Significant experience as a Sales Administration Assistant in a production site or SME.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administrative management.
Daytime working hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, with early finish at 2:40 PM on Fridays. 8 additional paid leave days annually. Employer covers 60% of meal vouchers. Company savings and retirement plans with employer contribution. Attractive health insurance plan.
