Kering Sales Administration Assistant

France Croco, a subsidiary of Kering with around 60 employees, is a world leader in the production of leather and alternative materials for the fashion and luxury industry. The company is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to join its production site in Périers, Normandy.

1. Serve as the liaison between sales representatives and production teams.
2. Ensure and coordinate the accurate definition of client needs with appropriate tools and communicate to the quality department for documentation.
3. Maintain up-to-date records of orders, history, and activity tracking to monitor commercial operations.
4. Daily management and updating of client orders, stock orders, validation of delivery notes and invoices, and data entry into the ERP system.
5. Oversee administrative tracking of developments, productions, stocks, and customer returns, monitor deadlines, and issue alerts as necessary.
6. Create communication documents for sales representatives and clients.
7. Conduct client sorting reports and oversee dispatch to the shipping department.
8. Assist sales representatives in organizing client visits and participate in trade shows and commercial presentations.
9. Ensure accurate application of pricing and manage client invoicing along with the issuance of associated regulatory documents.
10. Manage physical and telephone reception, welcoming visitors and clients, and manage orders of shipping consumables within budget.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administrative management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to manage stress and maintain focus on results.

Significant experience as a Sales Administration Assistant in a production site or SME.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administrative management.
