Kering Sales Administration Assistant

France Croco, a subsidiary of Kering, is a world leader in the production of leather and alternative materials for the fashion and luxury industry, and is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant for its production site in Périers, Normandy.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and production teams.
- Coordinate and ensure accurate client needs assessment and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, including order books and client requests.
- Manage daily client orders, stock orders, delivery notes, and invoices using ERP systems.
- Oversee administrative processes related to development, production, stock, and client returns, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Create communication documents for sales teams and clients.
- Prepare client sorting reports and coordinate with the shipping department.
- Support sales teams in organizing client visits and attending trade shows.
- Ensure accurate application of pricing and client billing, including regulatory documentation.
- Manage physical and telephone reception duties, welcoming visitors and clients.
- Order and manage shipping consumables within budget constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize results.
- Flexibility, anticipation, and multitasking abilities.
Significant experience as a Sales Administration Assistant in a production site or SME environment.
Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or related field.
Daytime working hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 5 PM, with early finish at 2:40 PM on Fridays. 8 additional rest days (RTT) annually. Employer contributes 60% to meal vouchers. Company savings and retirement plans with employer matching. Attractive health insurance plan.
