1. Conduct store visits with the manager to supervise and monitor Facility Management activities.
2. Maintain direct communication with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support maintenance coordination.
3. Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
4. Coordinate cost tracking and verify billing and payments with Houses, Group accounting, and service providers.
5. Contribute to the update of a database essential for cost and contract tracking.

1. Proficiency in data management and report analysis.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Comfortable with phone communication and liaising with external service providers.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the retail industry is beneficial.
