1. Collaborate with retail stores to coordinate facility management activities.
2. Conduct store visits with the manager to oversee and track facility management actions.
3. Maintain direct contact with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support maintenance coordination.
4. Update and plan preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections for stores.
5. Coordinate with brands, group accounting, and service providers to track costs and verify billing and payments.
6. Contribute to updating a database essential for tracking costs and contracts.

1. Proficiency in data management and reporting analysis.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

1. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone and with external providers.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in retail is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
