1. Conduct store visits with the manager to oversee and track Facility Management activities.
2. Liaise directly with Store Directors, Operations, and Facility Managers to support maintenance coordination.
3. Update and schedule preventive maintenance and regulatory checks for stores.
4. Coordinate with Houses, Group accounting, and service providers to track costs and verify billing and payments.
5. Contribute to updating a critical database for cost and contract tracking.

1. Comfortable with data management and reporting analysis.
2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone with external providers.
4. Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
