1. Facilitate communication with tenant brands, partners, and store leadership teams to ensure seamless daily operations and foster strong relationships.
2. Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives, actively participating in the execution of retail strategies.
3. Collect and analyze data for retail reports, create performance summaries, update weekly metrics, and manage information distribution.
4. Oversee in-mall retail activities and initiatives to support tenant needs, enhance sales, and increase visibility.
5. Assist the leasing team with on-site activities, including store planning visits and managing the store planning process.
6. Support the leasing process by gathering technical documents and presentations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a retail or store planning role within a luxury fashion environment.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
5. Energetic and outgoing personality thriving in a fast-paced, international setting.
6. Highly organized with exceptional coordination skills.
7. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a positive problem-solving approach.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a retail or store planning role within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Commerce, or equivalent.
