Kering Regional Security and Asset Protection Manager

- Develop and implement security training and program strategies tailored to the specific needs of Kering Houses.
- Collaborate with brand representatives to align security training plans with brand-specific requirements.
- Design training programs covering conflict management, loss prevention, threat awareness, and emergency response.
- Support crisis management and business continuity plans for various emergencies impacting people, profit, and reputation.
- Provide specialized support and recommendations on loss prevention strategies and physical security enhancements.
- Ensure security protocols align with industry best practices and meet brand-specific expectations.
- Advise on security measures during events such as fashion shows and assist with disruption management protocols.
- Conduct internal investigations related to fraud and collaborate with legal and HR teams.
- Shape and enforce group policies related to security and risk management.
- Oversee close protection and executive escort services for Kering's top management.
- Develop relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies relevant to retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate security or asset protection, preferably in the retail industry.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate security management is advantageous.
- Experience liaising with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
- Background in law enforcement or military is a plus.
- Effective influencing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills and software applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
A minimum of 8 years in corporate security or asset protection, with a preference for retail industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field preferred.
