1. Develop and implement security training and program strategies for Kering Houses, aligning with each brand's specific needs.
2. Collaborate with various houses to tailor training and programs addressing unique operational environments and potential threats.
3. Design comprehensive training covering conflict management, loss prevention, threat awareness, and emergency response.
4. Empower employees to handle security-related challenges confidently within their environments.
5. Support crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity plans for various emergencies impacting people, profit, and reputation.
6. Provide specialized support and recommendations on loss prevention strategies, including physical security enhancements.
7. Ensure alignment of security protocols and procedures with industry best practices and brand-specific requirements.
8. Advise on security measures during events such as fashion shows and formulate disruption management protocols.
9. Conduct internal investigations related to fraud and criminal activities, collaborating with legal, HR, and internal audit teams.
10. Shape and enforce group policy related to security and risk management, including access control and incident response.
11. Oversee close protection and executive escort services for Kering's top management, managing service providers and incident responses.
12. Develop relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies relevant to retail operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate security or asset protection, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Advanced knowledge of corporate security management, including risk management and crisis management, is advantageous.
4. Experience liaising with law enforcement, government agencies, and private security is essential.
5. Background in law enforcement or military is a plus.

3. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure independently.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
5. Proficiency in English; fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
6. Proficient in computer skills and software applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.

At least 8 years of experience in corporate security or asset protection, with a preference for retail industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
