1. Design and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
2. Lead the development and execution of engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
3. Develop and promote a strong employer brand that reflects the company's culture and attracts top talent.
4. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create compelling content and campaigns across digital and social platforms.

7. Manage communication channels including intranet, town halls, and leadership updates.
