Kering Record to Report Accountant

1. Manage Record to Report activities, including the submission of invoices to customers in accordance with company practices.
2. Record monthly lease entries and finalize account reconciliations.
3. Assist in setting up new leases and validate lease data and attributes.
4. Initiate and ensure timely processing of lease payments.
5. Prepare, record, verify, and register customer payments and credit transactions.
6. Maintain and update customer files with changes such as name, address, mergers, or mailing attentions.
7. Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices in Accounts Receivable.
8. Create and maintain procedural documentation and training materials.
9. Assist with quarterly and annual internal control processes.

1. High school diploma; a university degree in economics is advantageous.
2. Previous experience as an accountant in a similar role.

1. In-depth knowledge of general and fiscal accounting principles and international accounting standards (IFRS).
2. Proactive and analytical approach with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
3. Organized and autonomous work style.
4. Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
6. Fluency in Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a similar accounting role is required.

High school diploma; a university degree in economics is a plus.
