Kering Record to Report Accountant

- Manage Record to Report activities, including the submission of invoices to customers in accordance with company practices.
- Record monthly lease entries and finalize account reconciliations.
- Assist in setting up new leases and validate lease data and attributes.
- Initiate and ensure timely processing of lease payments.
- Prepare, record, verify, and register customer payments and credit transactions.
- Maintain and update customer files with changes such as name, address, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices in Accounts Receivable.
- Create and maintain procedural documentation and training materials.
- Assist with quarterly and annual internal control processes.
- High school diploma; a university degree in economics is advantageous.
- Previous experience as an accountant in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of general and fiscal accounting principles and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Proactive and analytical approach with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Organized and autonomous work style.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a similar accounting role is required.
High school diploma; a university degree in economics is a plus.
