Kering Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern

- Contribute to the implementation of global real estate processes and manage internal databases.
- Support the Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, and financial analyses, as well as 3-year retail development plans for Group brands.
- Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ activities, and assist in gathering intelligence.
- Assist in organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and preparing meeting minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc task support.
- Student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in real estate, economics, business administration, or finance.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Good team spirit, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Ideally, some professional experience in a similar role (real estate, asset management, real estate law, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and additional languages
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ideally, candidates should have some professional experience in a similar role, such as real estate, asset management, or real estate law, through internships or work placements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, economics, business administration, or finance.
