1. Contribute to the implementation of global real estate processes and management of internal databases.
2. Support the Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, and financial analyses, as well as 3-year retail development plans for Group brands.
3. Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ news, and assist in intelligence acquisition.
4. Assist in organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and preparing minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
5. Provide general administrative and ad-hoc task support.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance with a strong academic record.
2. Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a similar position (real estate, asset management, real estate law, etc.) required.

1. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
3. Solid business acumen, team player, proactive, fast adapting, and detail-oriented.

Initial professional experience in a similar position, such as real estate, asset management, or real estate law, is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
