1. Contribute to the implementation of global real estate processes and management of in-house databases.
2. Support the Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, and financial analyses, including 3-year retail development plans for Group brands.
3. Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ news, and assist in intelligence acquisition.
4. Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
5. Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance with a strong academic record.
2. Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a similar position (real estate, asset management, real estate law, etc.) required.

1. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
4. Solid business acumen, team player, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Initial professional experience in real estate, asset management, or related fields through internships or work-study programs is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
