Kering Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern

- Contribute to the implementation of global real estate processes and manage in-house databases.
- Support the Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, and financial analyses, including 3-year retail development plans for Group brands.
- Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ news, and support intelligence acquisition.
- Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance with a strong academic record.
- Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a related field such as real estate, asset management, or real estate law.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
- Solid business acumen, teamwork capabilities, proactivity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Initial professional experience in real estate, asset management, or real estate law is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
