Kering Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern

1. Contribute to the implementation of global real estate processes and manage in-house databases.
2. Support the Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, and financial analyses, including 3-year retail development plans for Group brands.
3. Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ news, and support intelligence acquisition.
4. Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
5. Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance with a strong academic record.
2. Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a related field such as real estate, asset management, or real estate law.

1. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Passion for fashion and the luxury industry.
4. Solid business acumen, teamwork capabilities, proactivity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Initial professional experience in real estate, asset management, or real estate law is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
