1. Conduct research to support competitor and new market analysis for strategic development.
2. Collect, analyze, and benchmark rental rates against fair market values and overall occupancy costs.
3. Review leases and abstracts to identify key business terms.
4. Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
5. Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
6. Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
7. Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators affecting portfolio performance.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury retail and fashion is essential.

Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
