1. Conduct research for competitor and new market analysis to aid strategy development.
2. Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents against fair market value and overall occupancy costs.
3. Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
4. Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
5. Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
6. Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
7. Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators impacting portfolio performance.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

1. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
3. Innovative and creative mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
