Kering Real Estate Intern

- Conduct research for competitor and new market analysis to aid strategy development.
- Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents against fair market value and overall occupancy costs.
- Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
- Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
- Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
- Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
- Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators impacting portfolio performance.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
