1. Conduct research for competitor and new market analysis to assist in strategy development.
2. Collect, analyze, and benchmark rents compared to fair market value and occupancy costs.
3. Review leases and abstracts of key business terms.
4. Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
5. Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
6. Support the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
7. Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators impacting portfolio performance.

1. Currently obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree
2. Fluent in English, second language a plus
3. Interest in luxury retail/fashion
