Kering R2R Accountant

- Execute month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities, including intercompany confirmation, reconciliation, and income/expense accruals, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage fixed assets, including the preparation and review of schedules, reconciliation, and periodic checks for disposals, obsolescence, or impairment.
- Administer and monitor all accounts, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and address open issues promptly.
- Support the implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO and other financial systems, including data migration and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with internal and external financial audits, tax audits, and government audits related to finance.
- Engage in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and Kering Group’s transformation projects, including monthly statistical reports and annual finance disclosures.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP operations is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and responsive.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those familiar with SAP operations.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related field.
