- Lead quantitative research initiatives to uncover consumer behaviors, market trends, and brand performance.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models, such as segmentation, forecasting, and regression, to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for brands and group strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align insights with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- 7 to 10 years of experience within brands and/or leading survey institutes.
- Scientific Master's degree from an engineering school or university.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic skills.
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical competencies, including the use of statistical tools and programmatic languages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Rigor, discretion, and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.
- High curiosity and ability to quickly grasp and analyze a wide range of issues.
- International openness and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
7 to 10 years of experience within brands and/or leading survey institutes.
Scientific Master's degree from an engineering school or university.
