Kering Purchase to Pay Manager

- Lead the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) cycle, including vendor onboarding, contract management, invoice processing, and payment execution.
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement within the procurement and payables functions.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and strategic development of the payments function.
- Maintain accuracy, control, and cost-effectiveness in all procurement and payment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or related industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement and payables processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial and procurement software systems.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
