1. Lead the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) cycle, including vendor onboarding, contract management, invoice processing, and payment execution.
2. Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement within the procurement and payables functions.
3. Oversee the day-to-day management and strategic development of the payments function.
4. Maintain accuracy, control, and cost-effectiveness in all procurement and payment activities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or related industry.
2. Strong understanding of procurement and payables processes.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
