1. Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
3. Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and timelines.
4. Update project management tools with progress and status reports.
5. Organize existing finance training materials and align them with business processes.
6. Support the migration and organization of training content into Degreed.
7. Participate in the digitalization of learning materials using Articulate 360.
8. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and HR.
9. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
10. Analyze data related to training effectiveness and prepare regular reports.
11. Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
2. Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, both written and oral.

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
5. Basic understanding of learning management systems such as Degreed or Moodle.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
9. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
