Kering Project Coordination Assistant Intern

- Support the team in gathering requirements from internal clients across various Kering departments.
- Conduct initial layout simulations using AutoCAD (test fit, macro/microzoning).
- Assist in preparing tender documents for project design and execution.
- Participate in the technical and financial analysis of tender responses.
- Monitor construction progress and attend site meetings.
- Ensure proper management of contractual and administrative aspects throughout all project phases, including contract management, reception, and invoicing.
- Verify the progress and quality of services delivered by suppliers.
- Create communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent Master's program in construction.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
No prior professional experience is required, but relevant academic projects or internships in construction management are beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
