- Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders, organizing and attending meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and producing and sharing meeting minutes.
- Define and monitor project plans, including the definition and update of deliverables, project deadlines, risks, and issues, collaborating with external vendors and utilizing specific tools such as Jira.
- Maintain project and team document repositories, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate to enhance communication, project management best practices, quality of deliverables, and overall standardization of processes across the Production and Aftersales team.
- Participate in pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI, natural language assistants, and robotic process automation.
- Recent graduate in Information Technology or STEM fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, Computer Science).
- Enthusiastic about Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Business Innovation.
- Strong passion and motivation to learn about new technologies, understand complex supply chain business processes, and gain insight into the fashion and luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Basic knowledge of project management practices and principles, including project monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken (French is a plus).
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
