- Collaborate with Kering colleagues and brand stakeholders to organize and attend meetings and workshops, gather business requirements, and produce meeting minutes.
- Define and monitor project plans, including deliverables, deadlines, risks, and issues, in collaboration with external vendors and using tools like Jira.
- Maintain project and team document repositories, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Contribute to improving communication, project management best practices, quality of deliverables, and standardization of processes across the Production and Aftersales team.
- Participate in pilots and proof of concept solutions involving innovative technologies such as AI, natural language assistants, and robotic process automation.
- Recent graduate in Information Technology or STEM fields such as Computer Engineering, Management and Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Enthusiastic about Information Technology, Digital Transformation, and Business Innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Basic knowledge of project management practices, including project monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of enterprise software and platforms (ERP, PLM, Business Intelligence).
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong passion and motivation to learn about new technologies and the luxury fashion industry is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
