1. Facilitate weekly meetings for Product Managers, including agenda preparation and action tracking.
2. Participate in agile rituals and ceremonies.
3. Produce documentation for newly implemented features.
4. Organize, monitor, and actively participate in non-regression testing sessions for new features.
5. Collaborate closely with development teams.
6. Assist Product Managers during the activation and deployment of new features.
7. Maintain communication between Product Managers and Application Maintenance teams, ensuring problem resolution and information sharing.
8. Manage feedback from regular user surveys.
9. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.

1. Experience in project management or product management, ideally in a demanding environment.

3. Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.

5. Knowledge of project management fundamentals, Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
6. Understanding of basic information systems techniques.
7. Proficiency in technical English.
8. Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Previous experience in project management or product management is required.
