Kering Product Owner Customer Engagement Intern

- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of the team's agile rituals, including team meetings, retrospectives, and follow-up sessions.
- Contribute to ongoing projects such as enhancing digital customer journeys and optimizing automated communication processes, ensuring effective coordination between product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Participate in the prioritization of requests and issues by assessing their impact on customer experience and preparing necessary elements for decision-making.
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria, monitor development progress, and engage in testing phases prior to production, thereby contributing to the quality of deliverables.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in marketing, management, or project management.
- Ideally, possess initial experience in project management or internal communication within an agile environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and team ritual management.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize high-impact business projects.
- Collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Operational project monitoring and ability to transition from a macro vision to concrete actions.
- Enhancement of product communication with internal teams.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in project management or internal communication within an agile environment.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
