Kering Product Management Intern

- Animate and participate in weekly Product Managers meetings, including agenda preparation and action follow-up.
- Engage in 'scrum ceremonies' to facilitate agile project management.
- Assist in the creation of training materials for newly delivered features.
- Conduct non-regression tests to ensure the functionality of digital tools before new features are deployed.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Support Product Leads in the activation and roll-out of new features.
- Liaise between Product Managers and the Support team to address reported issues via a ticketing system.
- Manage and analyze feedback from internal surveys to inform product improvements.
- Proactively identify and propose solutions for areas of improvement.
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Project or Product Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Basic technical understanding of information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Jira or Confluence is considered a plus.
