1. Animate and participate in weekly Product Managers meetings, including agenda preparation and action follow-up.
2. Engage in 'scrum ceremonies' to facilitate agile project management.
3. Assist in the creation of training materials for newly delivered features.
4. Conduct non-regression tests to ensure the functionality of digital tools before new features are deployed.
5. Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
6. Support Product Leads in the activation and roll-out of new features.
7. Liaise between Product Managers and the Support team to address reported issues via a ticketing system.
8. Manage and analyze feedback from internal surveys to inform product improvements.
9. Proactively identify and propose solutions for areas of improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Project or Product Management or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
4. Basic technical understanding of information systems.
5. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
6. Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
9. Knowledge of Jira or Confluence is considered a plus.
