- Lead the implementation of continuous accounting and fast-close practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive change management across all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement on the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process automation to enhance operational performance.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate a team to ensure accurate and timely execution of daily P2P operations and monthly closing activities.
- Support team development through coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure proper recording and retention of financial documents in compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and monitor efficient, scalable, and user-friendly P2P processes.
- Maintain high service quality standards for brand partners by tracking key performance indicators and meeting service level agreements.
- Assist the Finance Manager with all P2P-related activities during year-end statutory reporting, including financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and corporate tax submissions.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- Relevant experience with a focus on P2P processes and a good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and local).
- Strong accounts payable background in a Shared Service environment servicing multi-entities preferred.
- Experience managing transformational projects relating to financial systems and processes preferred.
- Process-driven professional with working knowledge of Power BI.
- Good understanding of retail and industrial businesses accounting (IFRS16).
- Full proficiency in English and Italian – verbal and written.
- Leadership and team management.
- Change management and process automation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Relevant experience in Procure to Pay processes with a strong background in accounts payable within a Shared Service environment.
Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
