- Implement the Group's data protection strategy within France.
- Assist Kering teams in providing services to each Maison in compliance with data protection legislation.
- Advise and support each Brand with their daily data protection needs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of data protection requirements in projects implemented within the Group.
- Lead negotiations and support Kering Legal in the implementation of Data Privacy Agreements.
- Contribute to legal monitoring in the field of data protection.
- Support the day-to-day implementation of the Privacy Framework across Kering SA and its Maisons in France and UK.
- Advise Privacy Coordinators on data protection matters and evaluate potential regulatory gaps.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of data protection agreements.
- Conduct continuous legal monitoring on data protection in France.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Kering Privacy team.
- Assist in interactions with data subjects and provide data protection training.
- Represent the Kering Privacy team in interactions with external counsels.
- Significant experience in a similar role (DPO, data protection lawyer, privacy officer, etc.).
- Strong interest in privacy and data protection.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Proactive and inquisitive nature.
- Strong adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Ability to understand and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficiency in English and French.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data protection roles such as DPO, data protection lawyer, or privacy officer.
