Kering Portfolio Manager

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of real estate assets, developing strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Recommend development, optimization, and disposition strategies based on analysis and market conditions.
- Prepare financial evaluations of projects and assets, tracking key performance indicators such as sales performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the regional Real Estate team to present reports and business cases to senior management.
- Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership in the strategic retail development process.
- Manage data and information gathering from the Real Estate team and stakeholders, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with Group brands to align city network strategies with merchandising and clientele strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Group and Real Estate team guidelines and processes.
- Monitor macroeconomic and microeconomic trends, competitors' movements, and luxury market retail trends.
- Support strategic retail development plans by documenting demand trends and competitors' benchmarking.
- Manage real estate analytics, consolidating and disseminating information across the Real Estate team and Group brands.
- Deliver insights from research and business analytics to support strategy development.
- Develop and expand the network of informal sources, including external analysts, brokers, and consultants.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an analytical, consulting, real estate, or related field within the Americas Region.
- Previous experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a critical thinking mindset.
- Basic financial modeling skills.
- Detail-oriented with a dynamic and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in analytical, consulting, real estate, or related fields, preferably in luxury retail.
$135,000 - $155,000 per year plus incentives.
