Kering Platform Project Officer Intern

- Coordinate audits across the European region, acting as the primary contact for audit teams.
- Maintain daily progress tracking of audits with audit teams and Shared Services Center (SSC) teams.
- Ensure the quality of documentation provided during audits.
- Monitor audit process efficiency by defining operational KPIs and providing real-time feedback.
- Conduct process review interviews with platform teams to understand daily activities.
- Identify risk areas in financial statements and the controls in place to mitigate these risks.
- Document narratives for the Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) and auditors.
- Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
- Implement concrete actions to enhance efficiency during audit periods, including document lists, schedules, and mappings.
- Support SSC Germany teams in updating annual accounts, publications, and tax controls.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with a high adaptability.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management skills.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in finance or related fields is essential.
Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or related field in progress.
