- Ensure the reliability and timeliness of payroll services for assigned brands.
- Act as the primary contact for HR departments of the brands.
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees within the brand portfolio regarding payroll calculations and administrative activities.
- Collect, verify, and integrate variable payroll data.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with time management entries by employees, managers, and HR.
- Track absences and contractual guarantees such as illness and maternity.
- Oversee and guarantee payroll production within procedural and deadline constraints.
- Perform payroll perimeter checks and account balance verifications.
- Handle salary garnishments and advances.
- Calculate payroll simulations and address discrepancies.
- Produce and verify monthly and event-based DSN reports in collaboration with external organizations.
- Manage adjustments with URSSAF and other social entities.
- Advise HR and brand managers on payroll regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll system and processes.
- Ensure regulatory and contractual monitoring.
- Manage time and activity management processes, including leave and absence management.
- Provide first-level support for time management tools and train new users.
- Conduct activity reporting and maintain HR dashboards.
- Generate periodic activity reports for brands and provide post-payroll reports to accounting and management control.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll production and associated tasks.
- Experience managing a portfolio of 350 or more payrolls.
- Proficiency in payroll software, ideally ADP, and time management systems (GTA).
- Strong command of office tools, particularly Excel, for controls and reporting.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
- Team spirit and collaborative work approach in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good command of English in an international environment.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll production and associated tasks, managing a portfolio of 350 or more payrolls.
