Kering Payroll and Timekeeping Specialist

- Process end-to-end payroll for an assigned portfolio in compliance with legal and group policies, including data collection, validation and payroll integration.
- Control and reconcile time & attendance entries; manage absences, leave and contractual guarantees (sickness, maternity, etc.).
- Produce and control monthly and event-driven DSN declarations; manage regularisations with URSSAF and other social organisations.
- Act as first point of contact for HR teams, managers and employees within the portfolio for payroll and time-related enquiries; provide technical advice on payroll and time rules.
- Investigate and resolve payroll and timekeeping anomalies; calculate settlements, salary attachments and payroll simulations.
- Maintain and update internal payroll procedures and contribute to continuous improvement projects, system testing, parametrisation and acceptance.
- Operate first-level support on time management tools, train new users and manage ticketing queues in line with SLAs.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reporting and dashboards for HR, accounting and management; provide post-payroll reports to Finance and Controlling.
- 3–5 years’ experience in payroll production and time & attendance management (GA and GTA).
- Proven experience managing a large payroll portfolio (approximately 350+ pays).
- Practical knowledge of French payroll legislation, social declarations (DSN) and interactions with URSSAF/DGFIP.
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP preferred) and a time & attendance system (GTA).
- Advanced Excel skills for controls and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder relation skills and customer-service orientation.
- Fluency in English (good working knowledge) and the ability to prioritise effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and time & attendance operations within a shared-services or multi‑brand environment, including management of a large payroll portfolio (≈350+ pays) and interaction with external social agencies.
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting or related field (BTS/DUT, Licence/Bachelor or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience in payroll.
