Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly UK payroll for dedicated brands within the Kering portfolio.
- Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross-up payments and tax guidance.
- Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct HR accounting, preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
- Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and tax year-end responsibilities and planning.
- Work with payroll software suppliers to comply with HMRC and company requirements.
- Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners.
- Assist with processing salary reviews and bonus payments annually.
- Conduct general reporting, including personnel budget analysis.
- Comply with internal and external audit requirements.
- Review processes and procedures to maintain effective and efficient service and data flow with the wider HR team.
Qualifications
- Strong PAYE legislative knowledge of UK and Irish payroll.
- Payroll qualification preferable (full or part).

- Excellent IT skills, including Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
