Kering Payroll Administrator

- Manage payroll queries and administration, including maternity payments and advance payment calculations.
- Ensure compliance with stated service level agreements for all queries.
- Assist with variable pay input, such as overtime and commission payments.
- Collaborate with payroll software suppliers to meet HMRC and company requirements.
- Support the processing of salary reviews and bonus payments annually.
- Adhere to internal and external audit requirements and address ad hoc finance queries.
- Continuously review processes and procedures to maintain effective service and data flow with the HR team.
- Payroll qualification (full or part) is preferable.
- Strong legislative knowledge of UK and Irish payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in payroll administration, particularly within the UK and Irish legislative frameworks, is required.
