1. Manage payroll queries and administration, including maternity payments and advance payment calculations.
2. Ensure compliance with stated service level agreements for all queries.
3. Assist with variable pay input, such as overtime and commission payments.
4. Collaborate with payroll software suppliers to meet HMRC and company requirements.
5. Support the processing of salary reviews and bonus payments annually.
6. Adhere to internal and external audit requirements and address ad hoc finance queries.
7. Continuously review processes and procedures to maintain effective service and data flow with the HR team.

1. Payroll qualification (full or part) is preferable.

1. Strong legislative knowledge of UK and Irish payroll.
2. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
5. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in payroll administration, particularly within the UK and Irish legislative frameworks, is required.
