- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle manual payroll processing when necessary.
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Generate accurate payroll reports for internal stakeholders and compliance purposes.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related queries from employees and brands.
- Provide guidance on payroll matters, including deductions, leave accruals, and benefits.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll data with HR and finance records.
- Validate and monitor employee absences in accordance with brand policies.
- Ensure accurate integration of absence data into the payroll system.
- Coordinate with HR operations on unpaid leave and long-term absences.
- Manage processing of end-of-service benefits in accordance with regional legislation.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure integrated payroll operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or equivalent role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar capacity, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
