Kering Partnerships Project Coordinator

- Assist the Partnerships Manager in administrative follow-up of associative partnerships.
- Maintain regular contact and follow-up with all partners.
- Update payment schedules and reports regularly.
- Formalize partnership agreements and amendments.
- Ensure compliance checks are followed.
- Facilitate communication between Kering, its brands, and partners.
- Update monitoring, evaluation, and learning tools with partnership data.
- Consolidate qualitative and quantitative indicators for annual reports.
- Monitor deadlines and contribute to improving tracking tools and processes.
- Regularly share information with the team and draft summary notes on partner news.
- Extract key quotes and data from partner reports for communication purposes.
- Develop and animate a community of associations against violence towards women and children, organizing events with internal and external teams.
- Manage Kering's employee volunteering platform in support of partners.
- Coordinate with partners on missions to propose on the platform.
- Facilitate connections between employees and partners.
- Track completed missions with questionnaires and indicators.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Political Science, Project Management, or International Relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Experience in project management and partner network animation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in Women's Rights, Gender Equality, and Human Rights.
Experience in project management and partner network coordination is required.
Master's degree in Political Science, Project Management, or International Relations.
