Kering P2P Manager

- Manage a team of 17 individuals responsible for the P2P process across Mexico and the Americas.
- Supervise, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Oversee the processing of invoices for local and regional businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with international and local statutory accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with R2R partners to support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the regional point of reference for P2P matters.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of P2P processes.
- Participate in monthly meetings with brand representatives to present results.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial position, ideally in a shared services environment.
- Deep understanding of financial shared services operations within Mexico.
- Proficiency in Mexico GAAP / IFRS and SAP FI.
- Excellent analytical and accounting skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Minimum of 5 years in a financial role, preferably within a shared services environment, with experience managing large teams and centralization projects.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
