Kering P2P Manager

1. Manage a team of 17 individuals responsible for the P2P process across Mexico and the Americas.
2. Supervise, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
3. Oversee the processing of invoices for local and regional businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Ensure compliance with international and local statutory accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with R2R partners to support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes.
6. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the regional point of reference for P2P matters.
7. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of P2P processes.
8. Participate in monthly meetings with brand representatives to present results.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a financial position, ideally in a shared services environment.
3. Deep understanding of financial shared services operations within Mexico.

1. Proficiency in Mexico GAAP / IFRS and SAP FI.
2. Excellent analytical and accounting skills.
3. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Minimum of 5 years in a financial role, preferably within a shared services environment, with experience managing large teams and centralization projects.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
