1. Receive and verify invoices and payment requests from suppliers and internal clients, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements.
2. Process and book accounts payable documents in Esker, adhering to fiscal and brand accounting standards.
3. Gather necessary approvals as per brand specification matrix to facilitate accurate payments.
4. Manage and process expense reports in CONCUR, including user creation and management.
5. Record and track petty cash balances, payroll, and federal taxes.
6. Conduct weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate payment recording.
7. Address brand and supplier inquiries related to accounts payable processes and systems, such as Esker and Concur.
8. Download weekly payment proposals from Esker and upload payments in the ERP system to ensure invoice accrual.
9. Book weekly payment journal entries and manage credit card balances and payments.
10. Upload payments in the bank portal and maintain records of proof of payments and bank statements.

1. Proficient in general accounting principles and Microsoft Office.
2. Familiarity with CONTPAQ, Concur, and bank portals.

Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, particularly in accounts payable, is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
